Cancellation Policy
At Avaline Aesthetics, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide the highest standard of care to all clients, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy.
A £30 booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is redeemable against the cost of your treatment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment cost, as this appointment time is unlikely to be filled at short notice.
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice ("no-show") will also result in 100% of the treatment fee being charged.
If you arrive significantly late for the pre-booked appointment, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting subsequent clients. This may still incur the full treatment charge.
In the unlikely event that Avaline Aesthetics needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment, you will be offered the earliest available alternative appointment or a full refund of your booking deposit.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
Thank you for your understanding and co-operation. This policy allows us to provide a reliable, high-quality concierge service for all clients.

Avaline Aesthetics Ltd Last updated: July 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and treatments provided by Avaline Aesthetics Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), an aesthetic concierge service operating across South West London, Surrey, and East Hampshire. By booking an appointment with us, you ("you", "the client") agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Avaline Aesthetics Ltd is an aesthetic concierge service providing non-surgical cosmetic treatments delivered at a location of your choosing. We are registered with GMC, hold full professional indemnity and public liability insurance, and are DBS checked.
Contact: enquiries@avalineaesthetics.com | 07592846921 | Third Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book any treatment with us.
By booking, you confirm that the medical history and information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect your suitability for treatment and our ability to treat you safely.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if we reasonably believe it is not safe or appropriate to proceed, including where the treatment location is unsuitable or unsafe for the practitioner to work in.
3. Bookings & Consultations
All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking portal.
New clients are required to complete an online consultation form and medical history questionnaire prior to their first appointment being confirmed.
We reserve the right to require an initial appointment to take place at a location or time of our choosing where this is necessary for safety or logistical reasons.
4. Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings, which will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.
Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are as displayed on our website/booking portal at the time of booking and are subject to change for future bookings.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments ("no-shows"), will forfeit the deposit paid.
Cooling-off period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a service booked at a distance (e.g. online) without giving a reason. By booking an appointment that falls within 14 days of your booking date, you expressly request and consent to the service commencing before the end of this cancellation period, and acknowledge that if you subsequently cancel, you may be charged for the value of any service already provided or preparation undertaken (including your non-refundable deposit).
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment where necessary (e.g. practitioner illness, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances), in which case any deposit paid will be transferred to a rescheduled appointment or refunded at our discretion.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the treatment location is safe, private, has operational space and suitable for the treatment being carried out.
You must ensure that any pets, children, or third parties are appropriately managed so as not to disrupt or endanger the treatment.
Any behaviour towards our practitioner that is abusive, threatening, or unsafe will result in immediate termination of the appointment without refund.
7. Treatment Risks & Consent
All treatments carry inherent risks, which will be explained to you during your consultation. Written consent will be obtained prior to any treatment being carried out.
Results vary between individuals and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
You agree to follow all aftercare advice provided. Failure to do so may increase the risk of complications and may affect our ability to assist with any concerns afterwards.
8. Complications & Aftercare
Aftercare guidance will be provided following every treatment, along with information on how to contact us if you have concerns.
In the event of a suspected complication, you must contact us as soon as possible using the details provided in your aftercare documentation. For medical emergencies, always contact emergency services (999) or attend A&E.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or our service, please contact us directly at enquiries@avalineaesthetics.com so we can address your concerns. We aim to respond to all complaints within 10 working days.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Subject to this, our liability is limited to the value of the treatment booked.
11. Data Protection
Any personal and medical information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
